Returns
Domestic Shipping
Because we ship all over the country, shipping needs to be estimated up front, and finalized when the packaging and postage is done.
In the New England area, we typically have to charge about $20 for sizes up to 16 x 20 inches. Larger sizes or shipments to other areas will cost more.
We can discuss the costs at the time of purchase - we always try to find the safest, most economical means of delivery.
How to Return
Returns can be sent to us at our studio location, and will be reimbursed upon receipt.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take out insurance on every piece sent out, to cover the value of the painting. Compensation from the shipping service may take time to be received. Returns to the client will come from this shipping insurance, so please be patient.
